TRUMP Has Talked About Possibility Of Post-Brexit Trade Deal Between Washington and London.

PRESIDENT  of United States Donald Trump and his wife Melina  were feted by Queen Elizabeth II in the historic Buckingham palace on Monday .He arrived in  Britain  on a three-day visit to strengthen ties between the two nations  as the United  Kingdom  is  struggling hard  to  exit  the European  Union and resolve other problems. Trump and US first lady Melania Trump flew to Buckingham Palace in Marine One landing on a lawn where they were greeted by Prince Charles and his wife Camilla. They were given a royal gun salute as they walked to the palace where the 93 years old queen greeted the president. Earlier, Trump   reacted vehemently  on Twitter  to the  comment  of  Sadiq  Khan ,  London  Mayor of Pakistan origin,  saying  the POTUS does  not deserve Red Carpet reception in London. Trump is scheduled to stay in the metropolis for two days as part of his state visit to Britain. He will have meetings with outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May and other UK leaders. In a newspaper, Khan,48, belonging to the Labour party, said Trump is “one of the most egregious examples of a growing global threat” from the far-right to liberal democracy.”@SadiqKhan, who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly “nasty” to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom,” Trump Tweeted.”He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me. Khan reminded him of the “terrible” leader of his hometown, New York City Mayor Bill de Blaiso though “only half his height.” De Blaiso, a Democrat, is a longshot candidate in the 2020 presidential race, Trump said  . Khan supporters have previously accused Trump of being racist against London’s first Muslim Mayor. The president then added a few warm words for his hosts, tweeting that he was looking forward “to being a great friend to the United Kingdom, and am looking very much forward to my visit.”He will also participate in  D-Day commemoration ceremonies on both sides of the English Channel and visit Ireland for the first time as  U S President. During the Buckingham Palace welcome ceremony, Trump and Prince Charles inspected the Guard of Honour formed by the Grenadier Guards wearing the traditional bearskin hats. Royal gun salutes were fired from Green Park and the Tower of London as part of the pageantry accompanying an official state visit. But the U.S. president arrived while  he was facing  a fresh round of impeachment threat , his running  battle with the  Democrats on  several  issues  in his motherland  and  political and  economic  uncertainty  on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. Outspoken Trump also had a dig at Theresa May before landing on English soil in an interview. He has he has praised her political opponent who is prime ministerial hopeful Boris Johnson.”I think Boris would do a very good job. I think he would be excellent,” Trump told The Sun. “I like him. I have always liked him. I don’t know that he is going to be chosen, but I think he is a very good guy, a very talented person.”Trump said he may also meet with Johnson .Trump also told the Sunday Times that Britain should “walk away” from Brexit talks and refuse to pay a 39 billion pound ($49 billion) divorce bill if it doesn’t get better terms from the European Union. He said he might meet with another pro-Brexit politician, Nigel Farage, and claimed Farage should be given a role in the Brexit negotiations.
