TELANGANA Assembly Dissolved By Guv As Decided By The Ruling Dispensation

AS per the recommendation of  the Cabinet headed by  Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao , better known and abbreviated as K.C.R, first   Chief Minister  of   Telugu speaking Telengana state , Governor   ESL Narasimhan  on Thursday dissolved  the 119- Member state  legislative  assembly. He has asked him to continue as caretaker Chief Minister till assembly poll is held. A confident KCR, 64, later told reporters that his party will win more than 100 seats in the coming elections. The TRS will have no alliance but will be supported by the MIM.  Our first election meet will be held at Husnabad: KCR, he added and released a list of 105 candidates. He is President of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi which had spearheaded the movement for the creation of Telangana with capital in Hyderabad. He is a Member of the Legislative Assembly (Telangana) from the Gajwel constituency of Siddipet District in Telangana. Previously, he served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (Andhra Pradesh) from Siddipet and also as the Member of Parliament from Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar and Medak. He took oath as the first Chief Minister of the new state of Telangana on 2 June 2014 .Despite  enjoining majority  support , he decided to dissolve the Assembly and seek a fresh mandate earlier than the scheduled polls in April 2019 along  with Lok Sabha . Rao wants elections to be held along with Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram in December this year. He met Governor ESL Narasimham and submitted the resolution adopted in the Cabinet meeting held this afternoon where the decision to dissolve the Assembly and call for early polls was taken. Accepting the resolution, the government asked KCR and his council of ministers to continue in office as “caretaker government” till elections. KCR then proceeded to the Telangana Martyrs Memorial at Gun Park near the Assembly and paid tribute to those who scarified   lives for the establishment of Telangana .KCR had set the ball rolling on Tuesday when top Telangana officials including Chief Secretary Dr S K Joshi and Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar met Governor ESL Narasimham. Besides Chief Secretary Joshi, Telangana Legislative Assembly Secretary Narasimha Chary, Chief Advisor to Telangana Government Rajiv Sharma and Secretary to Chief Minister Narsing Rao met the Governor where officials hinted at a major decision to be taken during the Cabinet meeting that was held later on Thursday.KCR also announced that he will address about 100 public meetings called ‘Praja Deevana Sabhas’ in 50 days. Finance Minister E Rajendra  had said that the CM decided to hold a public meeting at Husnabad after sseeing the success of the ‘Pragati Husnabad, the headquarters of Husnabad Assembly Constituency, spread in Siddipet and Karimnagar districts is a lucky place to start for KCR to begin his state-wide tour, sources close to him say. He has begun all his election campaigns from the Lord Venkateshwara temple at Konayipalle village in Siddipet district. On September 7, too, he will first offer prayers at the temple and then proceed to address the Husnabad public meeting where they expect a crowd of over 50,000 people.Telugu is the official language Telangana and Urdu is the second official language of the state. About 77 per cent of about  36  million  population speak Telugu, 12% speak Urdu, and 13% speak other languages residing in 31 districts.
