China raised the Kashmir issue in the UN General Assembly saying the “dispute” should be peacefully and properly addressed in accordance with the UN Charter, Security Council resolutions and the bilateral agreement. New Delhi has asserted the abrogation of Article 370 and reorganization of border state was its “internal matter”.
