W.H.O. appreciates India for permitting emergency use of 2 covid -19 vaccines

World Health Organization welcomes India’s decision giving emergency use authorization to COVID19 vaccines, said  Dr Poonam Khetrapal Singh, Regional Director, WHO South-East Asia Region.’’ Depending on how many doses are available to us, we should be able to vaccinate more and more people. In the next 3-4 months, we will be able to vaccinate a significant number of people,Dr Randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS, told  TIMES NOW.HAILING the appropal given to two vacciners with ridders by the Drugs  Controller   General Of  India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says the decision makes every Indian proud.’’This shows the eagerness of our scientific community to fulfil the dream of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat, at the root of which is care and compassion. We reiterate our gratitude to doctors, medical staff, scientists, police personnel, sanitation workers and all Corona warriors for the outstanding work done, that too in adverse circumstances. We will remain eternally grateful to them for saving many lives.’’
