EBANGLA Remembers Beloved Pranab Da
It was 9th May 2008, when ebangla.in, a bilingual news portal, was launched in New Delhi in the presence of several dignitaries. Pranab Mukherjee, then Foreign Minister in the Government of India, consented to be the Chief Guest for the inaugural ceremony. Pranab Mukherjee, lovingly called Pranab da, was extremely happy when the news portal was launched after learning that it’s one section will be devoted to news and features in Bangla. ebangla.in the family remembers still and endeavour to function as per the guidance of the elder statesman.
