Free food being provided by Bihar Govt to more than 20,000 migrants in Delhi daily

 As per the directions of Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar, all possible assistance is being provided to the migrants of the state stranded in any part of India due to the Corona lockdown. The Disaster Management Department, Government of Bihar is providing free food daily at ten relief distribution centres to the migrant workers of Bihar in Delhi, says an official statement. 

Under the aegis of *Bihar Foundation,* food is being arranged by the Bihar Government at Badarpur, Sonia Vihar, Palam Colony, Aya Nagar, Kirari, Govindpuri, Shakarpur and Burari every day. The arrangements for lunch are being done from 12 noon to 2 PM and dinner arrangements from 7 PM to 9 PM.A total of 11,279  people have provided lunch on 19/04/2020 lunch whereas 22,289 benefited by the overall arrangement of lunch and dinner on 18.04.2020. *The guidelines of social-distancing and cleanliness are being strictly followed at the relief distribution centres.
