AFTER BCCI was forced to withdraw sponsorship of Chinese smartphone maker VIVO, Yoga Guru Baba  Ramdev founded and controlled Patanjali Ayurvedic Private Ltd, a profit-making company, is considering to bid for the title sponsorship of the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) to be held in the United Arab Emirates from September 19. Confirming the information, the  Company’s spokesperson said a final decision is yet to be taken on the issue.  The move would help the firm gain more  access to   global marketing platform  as Patanjali is focusing on exports of  its Ayurveda-based FMCG products, PTI says. .’’We are committed to being Vocal For Local doctrine being promoted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making Indian brands as global.
