POLITICAL violence is Mamata Banerjee regime’s hallmark, says HM Amit Shah

AMID allegations by  Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar about political killings and misuse of government machinery for political purpose in TMC ruled  West Bengal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Thursday Violence and political killings have become ‘’ the hallmark of Mamata regime’’. The atrocities being  committed  on BJP karyakartas have  ensured the formation of BJP government  by a two-thirds majority in the state.’’I appeal to the people of Bengal to uproot the TMC rule and bring BJP to ensure  prosperity of the state’’.The HM said that he can sense massive public anger against the Mamata regime and the death knell of her rule. Amit Shah, who headed the BJP’s   2019 Lok Sabha election campaign in the state besides other parts of the nation, arrived in West Bengal on a 2-day visit on Wednesday mainly for beefing up the party for the assembly elections to be held early 2021. Amit Shah, well acquainted with the history and topography of the eastern state, accused the chief minister of creating roadblocks to stop the benefits of the central schemes from reaching the poor. More than 80 central  schemes for the economically weaker sections of the society have not been implemented in the state, he added.”Since last night, I am in West Bengal and can sense the massive public anger against the Mamata Banerjee government. We are confident of bringing change in the state under the leadership of Narendra Modi,” he told reporters after garlanding the statue of  Birsa Munda,   iconic freedom fighter (1875-1900) at Bankura.   “The death knell of Mamata Banerjee’s regime has rung. We will form the next government in Bengal with a two-thirds majority,” he added.Amit  Shah criticised the state government over the attacks and killings of BJP workers in West Bengal.’’I’m here to assure the people of Bengal about creating employment opportunities for the youth. For this purpose, you need to replace the Mamata Govt with the BJP government. We will form ‘Sonar Bangla’ again.I  met with the family of our martyred Booth Vice President Madan Ghorai in Kolkata. I can see in the eyes of people the hope for change in West Bengal that is possible only under the leadership of our PM Narendra Modi. Mamata government is not letting the benefits of   central government’s schemes intended  for the benefit of  the poor, Dalits and backward classes, he added.’’ I bow to the families of BJP workers. India will always remain indebted to them for making supreme sacrifices while fighting against atrocities and injustice in  Bengal. I can assure you that in the coming days, a BJP government is going to be formed in West Bengal with a 2/3rd majority: I’m here to assure the people of the border state about safety and creation of employment opportunities for their youth. For this purpose, you need to replace the Mamata Government. After paying floar tributes to  Bhawgan  Bisra Minda , who was born and died in then Bengal Presidency, Amit Shah said ‘’Birsa Munda ji’s life was dedicated towards the rights and upliftment of our tribal sisters & brothers.
